What cities will you visit
What cities will you visit
- Malibu
- Malibu is a small town with a high concentration of some of the most beautiful hiking trails in the country, over 20 great beaches, and a tight community of local entrepreneurs.
- It's a city steeped in history — the land was originally inhabited by the Chumash Indians, and the adjacent ocean welcomed surfers as far back as the 1920s.
- A 25-minute drive from Los Angeles, Malibu is accessible via the Pacific Coast Highway, which runs along the California coast from Orange County, through Big Sur, all the way to Mendocino, leaving the beach on one side and the stunning Santa-Monica Mountains on the other. The city is reminiscent of Beverly Hills in that it is the world famous haunt of the rich and famous, but with an epic backdrop 30 miles from a stunning beach.
Passing by these stunning beach houses, we will dine at Duke's restaurant, worth a visit not only for the views, but also for the food.
- Santa Barbara
The city has its own idyllic marina filled with tall luxury yachts and lined with small restaurants and shops well worth exploring. A stand called On The Alley is definitely worth a visit if you love tacos — they serve incredible fried avocado tacos.
The city itself, full of cafes and bars, has a very relaxing atmosphere. The buildings and palm-lined streets make it clear that this is the perfect place to live.
There are several places where you can not just wander and eat: for example, the Moxie Museum, the zoo of the President Reagan Ranch Museum.
As you would expect on the California coast, the beach is one of the top spots when visiting this beautiful coastal city. With blue waters and white sand stretching for miles, you feel like you're on the set of Beverly Hills 90210: The Next Generation.

- The lake is the private property of the Brotherhood of Self-Realization, maintained as a sanctuary and open to all comers. Many religious figures recognize it as an international sacred site.
- It is a place for meditation, prayer and individual worship. The outdoor paths and meditation benches provide a peaceful setting for personal reflection, while the indoor sanctuaries provide quiet meditation and prayer. There is also a temple with public events, a retreat and an ashram residence for men of the monastic order of the Brotherhood of Self-Realization.
- State Street
- The State Street Plaza Historic Plaza in downtown Santa Barbara is one of America's walkable hubs, thanks in large part to its amazing array of shops.
The shopping streets are a favorite place for both visitors and locals. From regional galleries to indie boutiques, downtown Santa Barbara is where the real shopping experience awaits, whether it's serious shopping, walking, or simply spectacular spectacle.
- Santa Barbara Orchid Estate
Santa Barbara boasts beautiful flora and fauna. Here is one of the world's largest collections of orchids. Founded in 1957, the orchid farm is dedicated to flower lovers. It is nestled among five acres of beautiful coastal landscape and only 500 feet from the Pacific Ocean.
- Old Mission Santa Barbara
Founded in 1726, Old Santa Barbara Mission in California opened its doors to the community as early as 1820. Since then, it has become a historical and cultural landmark in the heart of the city.
It was the tenth of 21 California missions that were founded by the Spanish Franciscans. The mission includes a church, a functioning parish, a souvenir shop, a museum, a mausoleum, a cemetery and a community of Franciscan friars. The architectural style reflects the Spanish colonial era and was designed by Antonio Ripoll.
There are so many things to do in Santa Barbara and Malibu that its colorful history is best explained by an experienced guide who knows all the greatness and hidden gems of the cities.
