That is why, at the age of 90, he bequeathed this place for its further exploitation as a green zone for all comers. In 1949, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, located near Miami, opened and became accessible to people.

Currently, Taylor's house, built in the exquisite art deco style of the best Mediterranean traditions, boasts various exhibits and interesting layouts. All of them tell not only about the interesting life of the founder of this place, but also about the story of Fort Lauderdale. Not without historical reference regarding the park itself.

Outdoor showers and a toilet are also available.

Another camp for youth involves the placement of non-profit groups. It accommodates 70 people, who during their stay will live in comfortable cabins with air conditioning and toilets. A full kitchen will work for this group.

There is a public park every day, and tourists can visit it on weekends as well as on major holidays. There is a beautiful place for good people, where you can have a great day off with family or friends, have a barbecue, take a walk and just relax.
