Under the leadership of JLL, a hospitality group, the Conrad Miami is undergoing a thorough refurbishment and rebranding. The hotel delights its guests with a completely new and exciting living experience. The hotel is close to Mary Brickell Village shopping centre. Guests can also drive 7 km southeast to Key Biscayne, where a variety of outdoor activities can be enjoyed.

The hotel does not have a kids' club, but families can use the rooftop tennis courts and outdoor pool. Electric bikes can be rented and babysitting services can be arranged for an additional charge.   Rooms offer city or bay views. Modern rooms are decorated in muted navy blue tones.   Organic food and fish are served at the panoramic Adrift Mare Restaurant. The hotel has a wine cellar with over 200 fine wines. Bar LVL 25 serves cocktails, small meals and wine in a relaxed atmosphere.
• Fitness center
  There is a rooftop pool with city views. Soft sun loungers and lodges for rest are provided. The 24-hour fitness center features cardio, weights, dumbbells and kettlebells. Tennis courts can be found on the roof of the hotel, and electric bikes are available for rent. Personal training sessions are available for an additional fee. Rooftop yoga classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays for $20 per person.

• Spa
  The spa offers wellness and beauty treatments, including a variety of massages and facials, manicures and pedicures. The spa is open Sunday to Tuesday from 10 am to 6 pm; Wednesday to Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm.
• Business center
  Eleven meeting rooms offer stunning views of Biscayne Bay. The largest hall can accommodate 400 participants. A concierge for meetings and a business center with standard services are at guests' disposal. Free remote printing is available in all rooms.
