• Airport taxes and fees are not included in the base tour price;
• Route changes must be made at least 24 hours before departure;
• Additional fees apply if changing the departure airport;
• The helicopter has a maximum capacity of 6 people (5 passengers + 1 pilot);
• Use of Airbus H125 ASTAR 350B2 helicopters is available for an additional $10 per passenger;
• The maximum weight per passenger is 300 lbs (about 136 kg) — applicable to R44 and R66 models;
• The total weight of all passengers must not exceed 635 kg (1400 lbs);
• All participants must review and sign the flight documentation and agreement.
