Pinecrest is a city in South Florida, is more of an affluent large village in Miami's most populous county, Dade.The area seems to have been created for lovers of measured, peaceful pastime, beautiful pastoral landscapes and entertainment. The village has a high standard of living and an almost complete absence of crime.
Since 1900, this area was used by entrepreneur Henry Flagler as an intermediate area during the construction of the railway line. And in 1936 Louise and Franz Scherr founded the now widely known Parrot Jungle here, which was later renamed Pinecrest Gardens.
