Some 80 of the best restaurants, nightclubs and purveyors in Las Vegas come together for the delicious Epicurean Affair event every May. This gourmet event with succulent cuisine and cocktails takes place by the pool for an elegant and fun evening.

Epicurean Affair in 2019

The event was held at the Red Rock Resort on May 16 at 18:00 This exquisite event, offering delicious dishes and juicy cocktails, is located by the pool.

Early VIP admission included access to the event one hour before the scheduled start. Visitors and participants must be over 21 years of age.

Nearly 75 well-known restaurants and drinks vendors hosted around 1,300 guests. Long known as the premier tasting event for Las Vegas residents, this year's Epicurean Affair did not disappoint. From the moment guests entered the elegant setting by the pool, which was the main venue for this long-awaited evening, world-class chefs were tempted to gourmet cuisine.

Exquisite fried pork in milk sauce, escargot, crab truffles, bistro... where else can you find such a concentration of deliciousness per square meter? The festival features dishes made with produce from nearby farms, which Chef Sammy DeMarco has grown himself especially for the evening.

The restaurants brought their specialties with them. Nobu's cod was a favorite, as was Guy Savoy's truffle artichoke soup with brioque mushrooms. And Bradley Ogden's toffee pudding is a delicious end to dinner.

Chefs Luciano Pellegrini of Valentino and Tom Maloney of AquaKnox, along with other chefs, gathered here at the end of the evening to toast a wonderful event.

Restaurants also stood out with dishes such as fried ahi tuna from the French market, Marche Bacchus wines and mini-cakes from The Cupcakery.

Almost all of the city's famous gourmets showed up sipping cocktails, wine and champagne from Southern Wine & Spirits and Wirtz Beverage of Nevada.
