SLS Lux Brickell is a spacious and luxurious glass tower with fantastic interiors from French designer Philippe Starck and Jorge Perez, who is a benefactor of the Miami Historical Art Museum.

With iris fluffy sofas, elaborately embroidered pillows, faux fur bedspreads and oversized carpets, the second floor lobby is a chic club playhouse designed for travelers from all over the world.

The service is friendly and professional. There is a spacious rooftop pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay, and three pools surrounded by plush sun loungers and loungers. The hotel also features the Ciel Spa, a private cinema and a luxurious state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the pool.

Modern, minimalist and spacious rooms are decorated in white, slate and pale pink colors. Each room has a balcony, full-length mirrors, an elegant table and lounge.

Longtime SLS employee and James Beard award winner Spanish chef José Andrés runs Bazaar Mar, a seafood-focused canteen. Andrés' ingenious cooking and tapas-style menus mean you embark on a gastronomic exploration: try croquettes with lobster and béarnaise sauce, red nut and lime pie.

And Fi'Communication is a warm, rustic Italian den serving pizza, pasta, salads and sandwiches. The menu ranges from unexpected shrimp pizza with stewed onions to classic dishes such as chicken Parmesan.

Breakfast ranges from avocado toast to lemon ricotta pancakes.

• Fitness Centre

Three rooftop pools make SLS Brickell an oasis in the city. The two large pools are great for swimming and they are all open from sunrise to sunset.

Guests can borrow towels from the Altitude Bar by the pool, relax on the sun loungers, and visit one of the two hot tubs.

The poolside terrace also houses a spa and fitness center. The small spa has three treatment rooms, a combined steam room and 24-hour saunas in each dressing room.

The fitness room offers cardio / weight and spinning exercises, as well as modern equipment from Technogym.

The hotel has an area of 818 square meters, consisting of conference rooms and meeting rooms. The business center and event space includes a grand ballroom and four conference rooms.
